The test was conducted on 2 variants, one from the lower trim (Lxi) and the other from the higher trim (Zxi). The first test was a front offset collision conducted at a speed of 64 km/h, followed by a side impact test at 50 km/h. The front offset test simulates a head-on collision with only front part getting in impact, while the side impact test evaluates the vehicle’s ability to shield passengers from lateral impacts.
